We were contracted by the Shetland Islands Council to undertake road widening works at Pinhoulland, Walls, aimed at improving traffic flow, accessibility, and overall road safety in the area.
The scope of works included site clearance, excavation, and regrading to achieve the required formation levels. We installed appropriate drainage infrastructure to manage surface water runoff, followed by the placement of sub-base material and full carriageway resurfacing.
The completed works delivered a durable and well-finished upgrade, enhancing both the functionality and appearance of the route. The project was completed efficiently and to a high standard, in line with the Council’s specifications.
